We went there for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. Weather was bad but the hotel made the stay a success. The amenities were wonderful with the fireplaces roaring, indoor pool and hot tub. Great place for families from out-of-state to gather. We never left the hotel. It had everything we needed.

It is spotless, the working fireplaces were wonderful.
Checkin and checkout were immediate, the facility's architecture/design was calming and interesting.
Glad you changed up the restaurant! Food was terrific.

I like that its central located but not in the heart of the bustle.

The common places, fireplaces and rooms.
The restaurant closes too early and when the order finally came out, it was served in stages. Also, the pool has too many chemicals. Our eyes were burning a lot and my sonś face started to peel and burn. On Sunday morning, housekeeping started to vacuum the hallway at 9am. I know it is not extremely early but when you go for a weekend get away you do not want to wake up to the noise of a vacuum. Thank you.

I love the indoor pool and the big stone fireplace in the lobby. The country setting is beautiful. The room was large and usually very quiet. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable.
Staff knocking on my door early in the morning despite my Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

The lobby and fireplace room was very welcoming and since it was Christmas it was very atmospheric.
The bathroom needs an update and the shower stall needed to be a little cleaner. But it was a holiday so they may have had a limited staff.

Great place-wish they could fix their GPS location issues-but when I called at 3 in the morning-the staff guided us in. Beautiful, friendly, great place.
