Friendly and helpful staff, location of the hotel and some hotel amenities such as the swimming pool and restaurants.
When I moved into my room I noticed the balcony had not been cleaned. There were about six cigarete butts lying on the balcony floor

No information paper for tourist ...when I ask about casino I took taxi and cannot go in because of dress. So waste time and taxi round trip fare singapore hard to get taxi need to wait minimum 20 minutes.

The staff is great
The room i got was very dark and i hate the fact that you can't open any window to get some fresh air in the room.

The Filipino and other Indonesian staff were very helpful and friendly. One, Gio of concierge, went out of his way to help.
When we first arrived in the morning, the lady at front desk was not very friendly. She explained that our room was not yet ready as we were early, which was fine. She however did not give our rooms properly. We asked for two beds but she gave us one big bed. It was very obvious that we were two persons anyway! Luckily when we came in the afternoon and ready to check it, the male front desk made sure we got the right room.
