Cleanliness of the room, the staff's service and the free luggage storage service was very convenience to the customer.
I found some smelly on the bed head....btw it doesn't impact my point to the environment and hotel's service.

Efficient staff, clean room, good TV, good a/con, OK location for my purposes
If i were coming to look around the centre of Singapore it would have been a trek to get in and out of the station but it was excellent value when booked online.

The location. Experiencing singapore from geylan to the upmarket marina bay was worth it.
The cleanliness. sewarage smell came through the drains, cockroaches came out for food left unattended. the aircon vents are filthy, the TV did not work.

The staff were nice and willing to provide information.
The location is not good, far away from the MRT station. Inside the hotel, the room are so small (just like half size of a normal hotel room) and the tolet will hv some bad smell come out every night.
