It is a little bit calm because the long distance from the city center

The room is so small and narrow to live

Receptions customer service in the morning session, really excellent.

Complimentary breakfast, the service not as good and the person doing the service always in bad mood.

A very clean hotel, representing good value for money. Very quiet and peaceful.

The air conditioning was rather fierce: I would like to have been able to adjust it so it was not so cold, because without it on, it soon became too hot on the 8th floor.

Good for an over night stay close to the cruise terminal

It was quiet,comfortable, close to Star Cruises Terminal where we were to embark.

Would be better if able to supply more power points.

Lack of reasonable air-conditioning

They had free internet access in the lobby, that is always a plus. Also the existence of safety box where is room for a laptop is an advantage. Loundry service is also a good thing.

I did not like that there was no fridge in the room and it was terribly small especially since the window was tiny and it was situated at the top of the wall, near roof. In addition, the MRT station was quite far compared to what I had expected according to the description of the hotel when I was making the reservation. We had to take taxi to a MRT station each time we wanted to go the city center by MRT. Breakfast was too simple, and it was SO greasy and unhealthy.. No fruits available. It is also sad that there is no breakfast available on Sundays, but still you have to pay the same amount for the night. Loundry fee was too expensive..
