Staff was very courteous and friendly.
Musty smell when room 1st entered. Wind block on river side was place smokers congregated, forcing us to walk thru clouds of smoke to enter building.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past several years and have had very pleasant service/experiences. I have nothing positive to note during this particular stay.
The staff during my check out were rude and dismissive. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The stay was a room booked for my Daughter in Law's Birthday. They entertained their children 3 and 4 in the pool and whirlpool and had a ball. The grandparents ( us ) had a swim too. The Grandparents then took the children so the Daughter in Law and Husband could relax and enjoy a nice supper and some alone time. The pool, whirlpool and room , room layout, beds, etc , were fantastic and we intend to repeat.
Unfortunately the meal was not a pleasant experience. My Daughter in Law was a server in town and the meal was quite pricey for the type of food ordered and unfortunately they felt the server seemed aloof and in a hurray to see them leave.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff were friendly , thoughtful and accommodating.
Sound system for the conference I attended could have been better.

I was delighted with the location and the service and the cleanliness. I would happily recommend it. I was disappointed to learn the restaurant closed in the afternoon but only until I learned that the bartender was more than pleased to get everything I wanted from the kitchen.

The staff was, without exception, extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and the service was superb. The bed was very comfortable, and the decoration of the room was highly attractive. The food was delicious, and the Thanksgiving Sunday Brunch was outstanding. We even had tasty turkey sandwiches for our trip on the Agawa Canyon Train the next day!!
There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom to assist with the application of make-up for the ladies.
