Friendly staff and the comfort of the bed. Got a good night's sleep.

No restaurant available for dinner other than eating in the bar. The sound system was terrible for our Friday evening function. Our guest speaker could not be heard properly and there didn't seem anyone available to correct it.

How close I was to everything, the staff and the lounge.

I loved the very comfy bed and pillows. Very pleased with our room and the cost was very affordable.

Hilton Garden Inn is our favourite hotel in Saskatoon! We stayed there on our Wedding Night and recently, our 6 year anniversary. The staff are always polite, the rooms are always clean, and checkout time is noon. How can you not love that?!

The hair dryer in the room would only work if you physically held the on button down - and used the other hand to dry your hair - the staff wasn't sure if it was a new kind of dryer or if it was broken but they would take a look at it. Hopefully it isn't a new kind of dryer as it is too awkward to use

The room we had originally had 2 beds (room 312), it had a musty smell and a plate in the bathroom was off leaving some old pipes exposed.When we returned from dinner downtown, I asked if they had any mint tea as the Starbucks was closed and the receptionist happened to ask us how our room was. We don't normally mention things like that and we would have just made a note to never stay there again! Instead we were moved to a MUCH better room (room 401) What a difference- a much better room. I wish I could say what the staff members name, unfortunately I don't know! Our stay was enhanced greatly with the tea bag, cookies and the new room. Thank you!!

Convenience of the location and quality of hotel

Love the location. Staff were very friendly and the beds were super comfy. I will be staying here more often.

Staff was excellent, TV channel selection is great.

My specific room was advertised as having a "Jet tub", and this was a big reason why I chose to stay at this hotel this time. But the room did not have a Jet Tub which was a little bit disappointing.
