Old Town Western Inn & Suites

That it was conveinantly located near Old Town...

The entire place needs major renovations,the hallways to rooms were utterly disgusting and the exterior as soon as you rove up sent up a major red flag. Staff was extremely friendly the room felt like a dungeon and the lighting inside the room was atrocious...the TV (RCA) was on its last leg, the reception was terrible and if you move it the slightest you lost ALL RECEPTION. We slept and showered and tried very hard NOT to spend time in the room. The breakfast area was a joke, A 4" counter with coffee, creamer and sugar dispenser and a plate of mini muffins and 2 tubes of cereal, and no tables and chairs to say the least in a 5' by 5' area!!!!!

One of my rooms the sheets had not been changed causing inconvienience to my tired fAMILY. Although, the rooms we stayed in were clean,IN my room the carpet had strong smell of deodorizer almost as if to cover up the odor of soiled carpet. I recommend shampoo or replace carpets. There is nothing nicer to be in clean fresh room when way from home.
