Decent hotel in good location regarding the airport and other facilities.
Breakfast was so so. Noisy on the east side facing the freeway and railroad tracks. this was the only hotel I've stayed in that had ear plugs on the night stand. That should have been a hint!

The hotel was fine. You listed the reservation in the name of my grandson and his family, with whom I was traveling. I had made the reservations for his family plus a room for me. Although I had made the reservation and paid for it with my credit card, because it was listed under his name, there was some difficulty in locating it, and some anxious moments checking in when the clerk could not find the reservation. This could be avoided if you would list the reservation in the name of the person making it and paying for it.

I attend a family gathering biennially in San Antonio and always choose this hotel as my base. The staff is courteous, professional and helpful. Cleanliness is a concern when I travel, and this hotel meets my expectations. I look for accommodations that offer complimentary parking for my rental auto, and this hotel meets that need. This location is freeway close to the airport, and is a smoke free environment. I give the facility a thumbs up for service, comfort, cleanliness and convenience. I reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio.
