Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport

The location works really well for us with the shuttle service so we can be gone a while.We thought the quality was nice.

Shuttle was convenient

Internet wasn't working

Our check in clerk was very nice but our remote and our internet did not work in our room. Very disappointing! Also, we had arranged for a shuttle pick up when we returned but when we called the hotel on Sunday they said there was no shuttle because they had sent the driver home. We had to get a taxi to take us back for our car. The clerk that morning was rather immature, tossing a ball in the air as he walked around talking on the phone. He was also very "I don't care" about our concern. He did pay us back for the taxi ride but not without some hassle. Not sure we'll ever want to stay there again. We've used the hotel in the past and not had never these problems.

I had booked two rooms. One for myself and my wife and the other for my sister and her husband. My sister and her husband decided to stay another night. I guess they liked it as well.

The bed was comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was prompt and convenient.

The staff was less than professional and the carpets throughout the property were absolutely filthy.
