The proximity to the airport, excellent shuttle service, spacious and pleasant room that had all amenities one could want, especially the handicap bathroom and shower, fact that a quality restaurant is attached.
My wife found the very long walk to the restaurant difficult to traverse, especially at the end of a very long, trying travel day. Turning into the hotel is difficult and a bit confusing, especially with the great volume of street traffic. Is it feasible to at least at a larger sign indicating where to turn? Or are other entrances available? When more brochures are printed, and when reservations are made via e-device or regular phone, it would be helpful to stress the exits from the 205.

Shuttle service to airport very good....able to park car there for 4 days at reasonable price
Carpet was wrinkled and dirty and at door of room,worn and torn.
Bedspread had something on it and had to be changed. Room itself was spacious but smelled "stale" Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. But the worse part was "Larry Leadfoot" must have been in the room directly above us,because we could hear him (or her) stomping around all night.

The room was ready when I got there, it was large with 2 queen beds and a sitting area. The staff was very helpful and well informed. The free hot breakfast was a nice surprise, the choices were limited, but good. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was even able to park in the front of the building.

Loved the pool and jacuzzi, especially that they were open 24 hours. What a treat. The sauna was nice too.
I left behind a book. When I called to ask about it I was told it had not been found. This was very disappointing. Losing the book itself wasn't the end of the world, just irritating. However the bookmark in it had been my recently deceased father's with his handwriting on it, and losing that was painful. I do realize it was my own fault for forgetting it. However I was disappointed that the cleaning service apparently just tossed it. I had left a nice tip for them, too.

The pool was very well maintained, the meeting facilities were well laid out, Staff was very helpful, and the food was excellent.
The mattresses were not comfortable, and seemed to be at the end of their life.

Staff and the shuttle staff were great
On the most recent night's stay, our room was less than clean...broken coffee mug, no creamer, food stains on side of night stand and under the mat in the tub...green mold! Room 233.
Our other stay on the 4th floor I think, was much cleaner

Near the airport, large room, nice surroundings, friendly staff.
Very noisy upstairs neighbor on first two nights. Lots of thumping and bumping late at night.
