Tatiana was so helpful! Our first room was too noisy from the train so she gave ud a choice of 2 rooms . Loved het@
Very thin walls. One night I could hear everything in the next room.

The fireplace was spectacular.
The front desk didn't offer to send someone to my room to help with my bags when it was time to check out so I had to take the luggage cart and do it myself.

Comfortable room. Excellent Valet assistance for parked car.
Wine tasting was a nice touch,
Overnight parking rate is too high.
Needs to have a full breakfast capability in neighboring restaurant.

Location, comfort, excellent, responsive staff!

Not much of anything. basically disappointed with the whole stay.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I found the hallways shabby and smelly. to enter into the hotel, you had to walk around from the main entrance by garbage and recycling cans-not very welcoming. The staff were non-existent-I never saw them and at no time was I made to feel welcomed or a valued customer.

The view of the harbor from my room was very pleasant. The suite was arranged well to take advantge of the view and to accomodate the business meetings I held there.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the hotel very much. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The room needed the lady's toutch and the house keeper detailed the room to her satisfaction.The ocean view was nice. The coffee was delicious. We plan to visit again even though we live in the bay area. We felt like we were at a resort. Thank you all!
Parking was expensive.

Room was clean, bed was nice and hotel was quiet. Lots of dining place around the hotel. walking was fun.

We loved our room at the Waterfront, erittäin tilava ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Kylpyhuone oli myös varsin tilava. Parveke oli mahtava - melko suuri - ja näkymä ranta teki kaiken aivan liian hyvältä ollakseen totta! Mieheni katseli auringonnousua verannalla ja rakastimme katsomassa veneet tulevat ja menevät. Niin rentouttavaa ... varsinkin kun kiireisessä San Francisco. Ensi kerralla me jäämme tänne ja ratsastaa lautta lahden yli! Aulassa oli kutsuva, kaunis palo ja viihtyisässä ympäristössä. Siellä oli ilmaista viiniä ja juustoa kun saavuimme mikä oli odottamaton, mutta arvostaa. Tulemme varmasti palaa! Ainoa pettymys oli se, että olimme oleskelevat vain yhden yön!
