Very thin walls. One night I could hear everything in the next room.

The fireplace was spectacular.

The front desk didn't offer to send someone to my room to help with my bags when it was time to check out so I had to take the luggage cart and do it myself.

Comfortable room. Excellent Valet assistance for parked car. Wine tasting was a nice touch,

Overnight parking rate is too high. Needs to have a full breakfast capability in neighboring restaurant.

Location, comfort, excellent, responsive staff!

Room was dimly lit, even with all lights turned on.

Not much of anything. basically disappointed with the whole stay.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I found the hallways shabby and smelly. to enter into the hotel, you had to walk around from the main entrance by garbage and recycling cans-not very welcoming. The staff were non-existent-I never saw them and at no time was I made to feel welcomed or a valued customer.

More soundproofing needed on doors. Hallway noise too loud

The view of the harbor from my room was very pleasant. The suite was arranged well to take advantge of the view and to accomodate the business meetings I held there.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the hotel very much. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. The room needed the lady's toutch and the house keeper detailed the room to her satisfaction.The ocean view was nice. The coffee was delicious. We plan to visit again even though we live in the bay area. We felt like we were at a resort. Thank you all!

Parking was expensive.

Room was clean, bed was nice and hotel was quiet. Lots of dining place around the hotel. walking was fun.

Nós Entes nossa quarto no Waterfront, muito espaçosos e bem decorados. O banheiro também foi muito espaçosos. A sacada foi impressionante - muito grande - ea vista da orla fez tudo bom demais para ser verdade! Meu marido viu o nascer do sol da varanda e adorava assistir os barcos indo e vindo. Portanto, relaxar ... especialmente após o ritmo frenético de São Francisco. Da próxima vez, vou ficar aqui e montar a balsa que atravessa a baía! O lobby foi convidativo; fogo bonita e ambiente acolhedor. Houve um vinho e queijo de cortesia quando chegou que foi inesperado, mas apreciado. Nós definitivamente voltar! Nosso apenas desapontamento foi que nós se hospedar apenas uma noite!
