The staff was nice and the food was good. Easy to get around the hotel.

The pillows on the bed were hard. The room was not very clean when we arrived, someone else's hair was in the shower. Pool water was cloudy when we used it on both days. The people staying above us sounded like they were bowling every night all night, lots of stomping on the ground. No view from our room, was the roof top. Maids did not replace shampoo bottles when used each day. Only one bar/lounge was open on Friday night after midnight in the hotel, all the others were closed.

The TV remote is not working properly. you have to be 6" from the TV to control it. the remote is useless

Very clean and friendly, it was closed to everything that we needed. Not the hustle and bustle of the strip.

That the restaurants closed at 11pm.

Beds and pillows were hard. There had been a broken light fixture in the bathroom and there was still pieces of glass on the floor. The pool was "closed" for a special occasion.

The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing, great restaurants too.

Staff was very nice. Rooms nice and clean, well laid out. Nice and quiet.

Unfortunately, I did not check the clock radio alarm before I went to bed. Someone had set it for 5:00 AM at which time I did not appreciate being awakened that early in the morning. Perhaps the room staff should be sure they aren't set to go off before the next guest arrives. The whole clock radio/alarm was so complicated that I couldn't even get it turned off in addition to there being a second alarm on it that was set to go off at 6:15 AM. The only thing I could figure out was how to change the time on when the alarm would go off, so I merely changed that to after I would be gone. I deal with electronics quite a bit so I am not usually tecnhically challenged. I would have pulled the plug but couldn't reach that behind the bedside table. All in all not pleased to have that experience. Magnifying mirror's light in the bathroom did not work. Sink design very poor. When you turned on the water, it splashed all over the place.

Overall my room was modern and one of the best rooms I have stayed in for the price.

I was disappointed their was no poker room at your casino.
