La ubicación del hotel es perfecta! La atención de su personal y la practicidad de tener un Starbucks en el lobby y un restaurante justo en la esquina lo hace genial!
La suite 1710 estaba un poco llena de muebles muy grandes que no la hacen cómoda cuando se abre el sofá cama.

Location was great, staff were very friendly, complimentary water/coffee plus adjoining Starbucks. Price was excellent!
Bar closed at 12 midnight. Several of us were in town for surprise bday and it would have been nice to hang out in the bar longer.

I was very impressed, after a long flight, with the warm welcome and the speed with which I was directed to my room. I have stayed at the Lexington , formerly Radisson, a few times in the past and I always come back whenever I am in New York City. The staff is great and the location makes it easy to get to places.
At times not easy to get the WI FI.

The staff was responsive.
This is my second stay at this hotel and I was disappointed with the cleanliness. My first visit/stay at the hotel, I had a cleaner room.

Loved the decor, comfortable room, and great location. All staff very polite and helpful. would stay again.

Courtesy at the front desk; the fact that they maintain a Business Center with computers - I needed one so badly because I had decided not to take a laptop, their business center came in really handy!
Don't know why they did not keep the hallways pristine clean; I saw a clothe tag on the carpet for two mornings. They doors to the linen or the cleaning stuff were open most of the time, and a dirty tray with tea and cups was on a decorative furniture for the longest time before anyone took it away. All these little things tarnish the quality of a Hotel and should not be overlooked.
