It was so close to the theatre we were going to. There was a great breakfast place a few doors down and a nice bar next door. We had good recommendations from the concierge. We would stay there again.

Didn't have the King room I booked for two nights. Got excuse the system had a problem. Was embarrassed my guest looked at me like wtf.

We were booked for eleven days May 1 to May 12. We had planned on getting the same room that we had a year earlier. When it was not available Mahdi aqrranged for us to stay in Suite 2422. The room was awesome and had the most wonderful patio. We were absolutely over whelmed with our stay. We also had great service with the Hotel Conceirge and Bellmen. Carlomar took care of our tickets to Eric Clapton and Beautiful. Elvis as a Bellman was always friendly and available. We also had the most wonderful lady in Room Service. Barbara was so nice and friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you to all Sofitel Staff. You are truly wonderful. We Can't wait for next year.

Location and bed was comfortable

Room smelled of an air freshner that was trying to cover another scent up. Room is too small for a couple on vacation. Size works well for one person on business trip. Was not able to check in early which was disappointing.
