Close proximity to Opry and convenience of shuttle service. Nice clean accommodations , friendly staff.

Convenient location.

The people were friendly...room was clean and comfortable beds. Great breakfast and clean and comfortable pool.

Staff very polite and helpful, lobby ,hallways were super clean . morning breakfast had a variety of goodies to choose from.(but electric kept goimg on & off probably due to circuit breakers in the breakfast room)

The hotel needs real pillows . They was 2 per queen bed and they were extremely flat. We did go down and was given 2 more right away . The overall bedding needed updated.

It was located very close to Opryland.

The staff was not very nice or professional. They had a shuttle service that they told us upon check in went to Opryland every hour on the half hour. We came down at 6:20 and I asked at the front desk exactly this, "The shuttle comes at 6:30, right? Does it come right here at the lobby door?" She said yes. At 6:30 a man came from behind the front desk and walked to a small white mini van that was out front. There was another family of 3 there that walked out. I ran out after and said, "is this the shuttle, we're going to Opryland?" He said very curtly, "you're not signed up." I told him that I'd asked and no one said I should sign up. So he said fine I could get in and was mad. The other family was already in and there was only room for them and us, no extra seats. The seat in the back was broken, the entire back was leaned back flat. We told the driver and he just looked at us and shrugged his shoulders. I asked him what to do and he said it was our call. I told him it wasn't legal to put my child in a seat like that and I wasn't comfortable with it. He shrugged, walked to the driver's side and drove off. He didn't apologize, offer to come back and get us or anything. Horrible customer service. I took my kids back up to the room and they changed into the pj's. I then went back to the desk to complain. The driver was back and was behind the desk, I told him that I thought it was very rude and that no one had told us to sign up and I was upset. He looked right at me and didn't reply, just walked into the back. The manager, desk clerk walked up to me and didn't say sorry but said, "when you asked if the shuttle was picked up at the lobby, you didn't say you wanted to get on it, or which one you wanted, we also have a downtown shuttle." Now, I'm no genius, but it seems like when we checked in and that very woman ONLY told us about the Opryland shuttle that when I asked about it, she could have said, A-you have to sign up, and B-there is also a downtown shuttle, which one do you want? The customer service was horrible. The location was fantastic which must be why they stay in business because if it based on amenities, comfort, cleanliness or customer service, they failed.

All of the 8's & 9. Great location to be near Opryland Hotel, Grand Ole Opry, movie theatre, mall. Didn't mind the short drive to Ryman & 'downtown'.

Convenient to Grand Ole Opry, shopping and restaurants. Hotel was quiet.
