The unique atmosphere.
It was difficult to navigate and it seemed that a lot of the staff couldn't help with directions.

Loved the Hatter Tea Party and the food was available 24 hours plus the Starbucks self serve in the hall

Everyone was so nice & helpful! The room was newly remodeled from previous stays at Opryland-beautifully! Of course everything was lovely all throughout the property.
The resort & parking fees seemed a bit much on top of the price of the room.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at some pretty good ones. I loved the amenites like restaurants, shopping and the spa. I also loved that it is walking distance to the Grand Ole Opry. It was beautiful and unlike any I have stayed at before. The next time we come to Nashville I will definitely stay here.

Staff were awesome! Ecspecially the front desk who gave me tips for what to do and upgraded my room to garden view when I told them I was vacationing with my mother for her bucket list item of seeing the Grand Ole Opry

Everything about our stay was incredible, staff and waiter at the steak house were awesome couldn't have asked for a better place to stay
