Our stay was just fine, however what put our stay in the great level was Chanel, your concierge. She was exceptional. Our follow through, over the top customer service and her ability to always smile made our stay very special. Because of her we will return to your hotel. Ted L. Koenecke

I have always wanted to stay here
Besides being very over priced and the rooms TINY. The pool was disgusting. There were unknown things floating in it. When I saw that of course I was IN the pool and had to immediately leave. I could not scrub hard enough to get clean after that. Very disappointing. Plus we were denied a cot to use as two adults on the same double bed is not great. I ended up sleeping on the floor the first night. Great after the price I paid. The second night we pushed the beds together only to discover no one had vacuumed under the beds in a long long time. I will never go back

Comfortable and clean room
1. I had two bulky bags, no bell boy to open the door or auto doors (so I had to lift one bag, place it next to the door, get the other bag). I checked-in pretty late at night and that time, noone was present, whcih is understanable, but even in the morning, when I checked-out, the bell boys though present will not help and open the door.
2. The security guy started knocking on my door early in the morning, and trying to force it open, and when I opened the door he said, " oh sorry, nothing, just security" OMG, whats' wrong with you!!

La situation, à côté du centre Bell, et prix raisonnable pour la qualité de l'établissement.
Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Mais ce ne fut pas dramatique.
