Convenience of bar and restaurant in hotel. Location close to Gallo center. Cheerful, helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Room very comfortable and clean.
The pool area not monitored by staff. Huge room of kid soccer players jumping screaming in pool. Parents just sat there. I really wanted to enjoy spa. The sign says 7 persons. There were 10 to 23 kids in the dos, some jumping in ( it's very shallow and that is very dangerous).

The staff was fantastic. Everyone we encountered was terrific, especially in the restaurant and Ron from room service. Comfy beds and pillows too!
The bathtub was pretty old and grungy looking, but clean.
