Comfortable beds, spacious room, great breakfast and excellent service with it. Quiet, good check-in and check-out experiences. Love "The Yard" area and the happy hour was nice.
Service in "The Yard" was confused and slow at first. Eventually it got straightened out but it took a while. Chair in room was very uncomfortable.

The patio was beautiful and outside and inside bar staff were fantastic especially the bar manager.
This was was 3 time staying here and everytime I have to wait to check in to my room 2 times after 3pm.

Very interesting hotel decorated with the "biker" theme = Iron Horse ! Unique building makes it fun. Great bar and restaurant though we didn't eat here. So many places to eat and drink in Milwaukee, we had to go exploring. There was an interesting mural on our room wall. I would've like to have seen the how the other rooms were decorated.
Pillows could've been better. Free water in the room would've been nice considering the price of the rooms. They did give us a free Welcome cocktail when signing in. That was extra nice.

Fun friendly staff
Hot water was out ,due to some waterline repairs in the street
