I had not stayed at your hotel for a few years and was pleasantly surprised at all the remodeling since then. I always had a pleasant experience staying here, but now, my stay was even more pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is excellent and very accomodating. The room was impecable and truly worth it for the price.

Felicidades por la remodelación del hotel, quedó en excelentes condiciones.
Nos tocó alojarnos en la habitación 513, la cual tiene tapada la coladera de la regadera, todo estuvo muy bien en el hotel, salvo ese detalle, ya que se estancaba el agua en la regadera y era muy tardado esperar que se fuera por completo.

Siempre he recibido un buena experiencia. La reservación es respetada y el trato agradable.
Por estar en remodelación, algunas áreas, como el gimnasio no estaban funcionando.

Staff rectified our problem with our rooms. The first room had no television service, the second room had a leftover wet/dirty towel in the bathroom as well as some debri on the floor. Staff moved us to the presidential suite where all was in working order. Staff also gave us a gift card and the bar staff comped us a pair of drinks.

En la cocineta encontramos una cucaracha que nosotros matamos, ademas en el desayuno nos dieron una mesa sin cubiertos, y se tardaron mas de 15 minutos en que nos dieran cubiertos y cafe. No creemos volver a su hotel, ya que pagamos 5000 para tener una estancia de lujo y quedo muy lejos de ser agradable.

La renovada presentación de las habitaciones y del restaurant.
Que niños y adultos suban "mojados y escurriendo agua" al elevador...es muy peligroso ya que gente adulta se puede resbalar y ocasionar un accidente. Deben prohibir que estén fuera de la zona de alberca mojados.
