The location suited our purpose. The room was spotless and breakfast was expensive but expected and delicious.
The house computers were not working, I requested help but the gal was clueless and said "can't this wait until later?" Obviously she was hoping we would come back when she was off shift. Also, at breakfast on the first day we were seated behind a pillar and unable to get service. It wasn't busy and yet I requested coffee several times before someone responded. The table was missing a napkin my request went no where and I just walked over and picked one off another table.

We stayed for three nights. We agreed that the Hotel was very comfortable, good decor, excellent bed, well equipped bedroom and bathroom. We didn't take advantage of the leisure facilities so cannot comment on those. Overall we were very impressed with the Hotel, the convenient location, however there is some room for improvement for the staff attitude.

We found the hotel to be of an extremely good standard, everything was as we expected it to be and it was a good mmeting point for all of our party, although some thought a little to far from the actual city centre. Staff were always helpful and the breakfast buffet was of a very good quality.
