HOTEL NOT PREPARED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. ACCESSIBILITY VERY BAD. STAIRS TO CLIMB WITH MANY CASES. They do not have elevators or RAMP ACCESS TO BE ABLE TO GET TO THE LOBBY.

Clean, nice room, close to chamartin
Internet was very expensive yet very slow. My 13 euro hostel in the city centre had free internet. Some of the reception staff didn't speak english, which is strange for an international hotel.
