Meg was really lovely and very friendly and helpful. Actually all the staff was great and very helpful. I was there for a conference and I woke up late and felt I didn’t have time to lookup where and how to get there. When I came down I asked and the lady at the desk was able to print of a map for me as well as tell me how to get there. I would definitely recommend and return to Hotel Metro.

Room was great size and extra touches such as coffee machine including green tea.
Explain parking system more clearly. In general parking is difficult especially at check in. Had to circle 4 times before we could stop.

The Hotel Metro is a must stay when visiting London. The attention to detail in the decor, warm and patient staff, clean and spacious rooms are all elements of a great hotel and that it is. Do yourself a favor and visit.
