The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nicole was serving breakfast and if was very busy. She was helpful and was doing a great job refilling coffee and food.
We also stayed at the Hampton inn in Jackson Ms and had a very good experience.

Very comfortable room, conveniently within walking distance to the Clinton Library & Park, stores & dining.
We had to pay an additional charge for 2 days' parking which, given the price of the room, should have been included.

My wife became very ill during our stay, and the front desk personnel were very kind and helpful as we sought phone numbers and addresses for medical help. They checked on her and were very considerate.

Everything. The breakfast area was so nice and the food was great. The fire pit out back was really pretty. We enjoyed sitting there with our wine after the race! The location couldn't have been better. Close to downtown and the race start yet far enough away to not have traffic noises. The staff was wonderful. Very courteous! Loved the late checkout option due to the race. That was very thoughtful. Our room was very clean and well stocked. Wifi was good as well. Comfy beds too. All good! :)
