The location of this hotel is great. Quiet surroundings yet close to downtown action. Great restaurants and activities near by. Love the fire pit sitting area outside and the breakfast offerings are great. Great price too!

Convenient to downtown and the airport. Like most Hampton Inns it was clean and the staff was accommodating as well as pleasant.

There is no request that the staff won't tackle. For example, I mentioned that I wished I had a sandwich(there is no restaurant in the hotel) and the bartender offered to leave the bar and go find one so I wouldn't miss a basketball game on tv. Too, I ordered extra pillows and they were there at my door in minutes. The location couldn't have been much better--Rivermarket just up the street and restaurants only a few feet away. One more thing about the staff: they are extraordinarily and refreshingly friendly and courteous.
The breakfast could have used a wider selection. A restaurant in the hotel would have been nice, too.
