Staff was friendly & nice.
My only complaint was that George forgot to tell the front desk to give me a 7:00 AM wake up call and I almost missed my meeting. He was really nice though.

Most everything was good.
There was a Real Estate convention going on as well the week I was there, not sure what else was happening there that week. Unfortunately, I don't think they were staffed to handle the number of people that was there in the restaurant during the lunch hour. It was packed at lunch and 1 day I waited for at least 20 min, just to get water which I ordered with my food as soon as I sat down. Needless to say, I did NOT get my food, after 50 min of waiting for 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup, I had to get back to class, the rest of the week was pretty slow as well (this is during the lunch hour).

Was very nice, quiet, and very clean.
It cost me $9.00 a night to park in the attached garage. Seem like they could work out something with the City for a reduced rate after all they are bringing people to their city. Also staff at check-in were very not excited about their jobs.

Quality of rooms and location. Also like the renovations that have been made.

Perfect location to walk to the State Capital, nice & quiet & as a single woman traveling I was not afraid to walk around by myself.

The hotel was a decent price, however I had a key that didn't work and I went down to the front desk to get a another, and the said the machine was broken. I asked about one of the other 2 they had at the other desks and they simply said "no"
I got kicked out because the room next to me was too loud, I was not apart of their group. So thats wonderful.

The staff was incredibly friendly.
Ouor room did not get made up on our last evening. No "Do Not Disturb" sign was posted on the door. This was very disappointing for us to return from a funeral and a wake to have a messy room to come back to. When we reported it, the staff was not so concerned and nothing more was said when we checked out.
Also no 24 hour room service. We were hungry when we returned late...but out of luck.
Finally...there was a charge for WiFi....However, the Hotel did comp my WiFi when I complained.
