The peace and quiet in the room,pillows,in room service i.e. breakfast and the ability to be able to have valet service.

The workers in the hall were extremely loud in the mornings. I understand they have a job to do however the voices need to be toned down.

I absolutely loved my stay at your resort. Everything was wonderful and your staff served to make me comfortable and welcome in every way. I will definitely return often and will recommend the JW Marriott to others every chance I get. Thank you so much for your wonderful resort!

The jacuzzi was not hot or clean and the restaurants need some improvement on service
