The peace and quiet in the room,pillows,in room service i.e. breakfast and the ability to be able to have valet service.
The workers in the hall were extremely loud in the mornings. I understand they have a job to do however the voices need to be toned down.

The facilities were impecable and the staff, to a person, I mean a busboy, a waiter, a hostess, a security person, room service, you name it. They were smilling, said good day good morning... Felt like we were on a 5 star cruise ship
