Location
Only warm water at best in shower…..and this was one of the newly renovated rooms. People constantly trying to sell time shares each time we entered or left the premisses. Reservation area in need of work.

The room and bathroom was large and clean. The sidewalk cafe and taquilla bar were nice and reasonably priced.
Nowhere in the large lobby for guests to sit and rest after the long walks due to all the construction. No coffee machines in the rooms. To much smoke in the casino, there should be a no smoking area to gamble in. The resort fee was unfair especially with the swiming pool not available.

The location was fantastic
I did not like the resort few for services when for nearly the duration of our stay we had no wifi whatsoever and upon calling for services for the room ie broken phone, no one would show up
