Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

I love that Julian was willing to accommodate us after so many issues. ..and that Andres was helpful and understand for all the trouble we we're going though. ....the fact that the staff was so accommodating after all the mistakes made...it made the mistakes seem small.

First we were sent to a room across the street which was called the manor lodge...which was a no go...being across the street with 2 active kids was not going to work...but it was ok....but then when we saw the building and the room...oh we just couldn't stay there. ..smokey...filthy carpet...dirty walls...nasty windows. ..but the lady at the front desk said the best best part about these rooms was the parking ..and she was right...she also said I could upgrade for 20.00 more a night...which I didn't realize that this was a down grade until I saw it...so yes of course I would like the upgrade...and then after the upgrade I was sent to 2 different rooms that's were dirty...and nd one even had a family in it from the night before..so it was given to both of us ..but they made up for the mistakes and I was very pleased.... outside of all that ..I couldn't have found a better place to stay with 2 kids and a husband...it was the perfect place for my family. ..easy access to everything. Will definitely stay again...

My grand daughter really had a good time it would have perfect if they had sme place for kids to play with like a kids time but over all our stay was very comfortable.

As stated above if they had supervised childcare it would have been perfect for us.

Lage, Ambiente, Buffet waren ok. Man muß eben diese Stadt der Spieler und des Glamour mögen. Wir wußten, was wir erwarten konnten. Klima sehr trocken und heiß. Wir hatten ein Tresorproblem - wurde binnen kürzester Zeit sehr zuvorkommend gelöst. Check out via TV war auch was Neues für uns.

Das Hotel ist mit über 3000 Zimmern ein riesiger Komplex.

The amusement park and rides and the free performances were great

All the eating shopping and fun spots to go see.

The room could be cleaner or updated inside, the vallet parking leaves alot to be desired, very slow and not enough staff.

It was clean and the price was reasonable. The restaurants located in the hotel were good. We ate at the Garden Grill several times.

When we made the reservations, my husband was told the hotel had been refurbished or renovated. There was nothing renovated about the bathroom. It was very small and definitely needs to be updated. That was probably our biggest disappointment. It was also located at the far end of the strip and not connected to a tram, which would have been helpful. The pillows were quite hard and we were not able to get a good nights sleep.
