Service excellence, comfort, cleanliness and optimal location for my needs to get to Pretoria and to Sandton in a hassle-free manner.
As I had booked a smoking room in error the helpful lady at check-in promptly rectified by allocating a non-smoking room
Delivered on promises and dry-cleaning was returned on time.
Good choice and far superior to the Protea Hotel (the one outside the airport complex)where I have routinely stayed over the past years.
Price was rather steep considering breakfast was not included in the price.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were OUTSTANDING. Very welcoming, friendly and efficient
Our room could use a facelift. Also there should be a check before assigning the room to make sure the bathroom has everything that is needed (Kleenex etc.)

There was water coming from underneath the tiles in my bathroom. Plumbing issues. Breakfast was also not included in the booking online.
