All of the above. Beautiful location, great vibe, and far away from the noise and traffic of the city.
We liked everything about the hotel. Regarding the campus, we would have liked more clear campus sign posts/maps. We wandered around quite a bit trying to find the check-in location as well as trying to find the trail system. We found the "Old Pond", but not the new one!

At the end of June, the campus was virtually empty - so the campus and the residence we stayed in were VERY quiet. The one bedroom suite was large, bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Room was clean, wifi was excellent.
We parked in the closest lot to our room - which was great but had trouble figuring out how to pay for parking - had to download an app at the end of a 12 hour trip. Recommendations to download this app before arriving are on your webpage, wish we had read it earlier! When we checked out, we noticed one of the front desk employees had a strong smell of body odor. Cell phone reception was spotty in our room.

We only stayed one night. We had to drive around the campus to orient the buildings. The service was courteous and helpful after we found the check in building. It needs a cafeteria for hotel users. If B&B was offered, it would have made our stay more convenient.
The bathroom towel rail in our room was unusable. It had been broken and put back together but it collapsed when a towel was hung on it.
For the accommodation the price was too high.
