I liked the comfort.
The bottom of the swimming pool had stains which made it look dirty.

The room was very clean and comfortable, as soon as I opened the door it just smelled fresh. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the breakfast set up and variety that was offered. the non-smoking policy, and price. Of course the location was indeed a plus for me(across the highway from the Harrington Casino) Based on the condition of the room I had the last time I used this facility, I had seriously considered going to another place. The room was smelly, musty and customer service was not the greatest.

Convenience of location; professionalism of staff; economical rates due to special prices at that time
Empty soda vending machine next to room....very, very minor inconvenience. And my name is "Sara" not "Fara".

Convenience and good customer service by the young lady, Hannah, who was at the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a refridgerator and microwave in room.
First room we were placed in had the window open and the AC wouldn't turn on. The floor was literally soggy and the bathroom floor was wet from a leak in the ceiling. Hannah gave us another room which was better but the rug was still very damp. The days have been hot and humid or rainy so when the AC is off the rooms get this way.
