Very close to the hospital. Easy access to major roads and restaurants in the area. Nice that maps of Greenville were accessible for visitors.
We had stayed previously on the 3rd floor and this stay we were on the first floor. Carpets in hallways were extremely dirty and the carpeting in the room was in need of replacement as there were several areas that were tattered. Very noisy above us and beside us and if we need to be in Greenville again we will stay at the Microtel but not on the first floor.

The desk clerks were very personable and helpful.
We stayed for 2 nights and there was no maid service the day after we checked in.

Price and location
Air conditioner/heater seemed to struggle. It was either heating or cooling with no middle ground regardless setting.

Suspicious acting individuals hanging outside the door; buzz-entrance door. Indicates that the lodging is in an unsafe area

The room walls were very thin. I could hear neighbors conversations in the next room all night long. Children running in hall way and in the room above mine made it difficult to sleep. The bed linens were very thin. Asked the front desk for a blanket when I got up to the room and put it on the bed it was dirty.
