An amazing view from our room across the river. Bed comfortable and facilities in the room good and clean. Breakfast was very good

The hotel was situated very well. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were great especially one of the male staff called Neil he had an awful experience at the desk which I have to say he was very professional in handling the situation with a very irate gentleman.I did say to him how pleased I was that he calmed the situation down.

The view from our window across the Tyne was fantastic! Really good hotel, worth staying. I wish we'd had a few more days.

Long delay at check in - 10 mins, and breakfast not great.

Nice position away from city centre but close enough to walk into city. Friendly staff and good food. good price too.
The only fault was that the pillows were hard. There were supposed to be soft pillows in the wardrobe, but we found these too hard as well.

Centrally located, clean comfortable room and good breakfast buffet
Lack of dress code. People came into the bar late at night in pyjamas and slippers!
