All of the above with the exception of the breakfast service and promptness. The food was good - but it took about 30 minutes to arrive, and no water, coffee or place settings preceded it. We almost thought we had been forgotten.

The soap dish in the wall needed cleaning, expecially from the view of lying in the bath.
Also the toilet basin needed cleaning from the view of inside the bath.

The bed was excellent. The room was really very nice indeed. The food was good. The overall package was excellent value for money. The web connection was good and it was easy to use. Although the location was not to die for, it was quiet in the evenings and during the night - enabling me to sleep well.

Like the comfortable High ceiling rooms. Bed was updated & comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Roof Top Bar is a plus. Location to the Strand is great. Have stayed here several times over the years & the quality of the Tremont House has remained high & we have always enjoyed our stay.
A mini fridge in the rooms would be nice, but certainly not a deal breaker

We visit the Tremont twice a year and the staff is great and always treats us like royalty! We would not stay anywhere else!
