Breakfast in the cafe could be better. Not enough choices and it was very slow. For this quality of hotel there should be table service. The room, 301, needed 2 comfy chairs opposite the round table.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. Great location close to restaurants, etc.
Food prices seem a bit high.
The main complaint is that one of the reasons we love staying here is their rooftop deck. We discovered on this trip that it's only open when the bar is open, which apparently is only on the weekends. Otherwise, it stays locked up tight.

My visit was excellent and please give a big thank you to your staff for their helpfulness. I don't know who she was, but as I was exiting, a lady came up and carried my suitcase down the steps. It was such a nice gesture and I totally appreciated it. I also appreciated your valet staff who were great in giving me directions.

We loved the king-size Temper-pedic bed so much we went out and bought one! :-)
Housekeeping issues:
Bathroom - there was hair on the floor next to the tub from previous guest. The shower stall had not been cleaned in a long time (there's red algae in the grout lines of the shower stall. I rinsed some of it away. Gross.
Bedroom - there was a plastic bottle cap next to the bed that housekeeping had missed from previous guests.
