Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

The AC unit was very loud all night long and whom ever made the decision to have those stupid tiny pillows is an ass. When people travel they expect comfort and that noisy AC unit and those stupid tiny/little kid pillows were terrible. My wife and I travel through Fresno several times every month and usually stay at the Picadilly but decided to stay at the best western this time because it was next to Starbucks but we will never stay there again. The staff was wonderful, the pinines and wine was wonderful at dinner but the AC and stupid little kid pillows killed it for us. Sorry but you want the truth on our stay and there it is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shuttle; staff (especially the bartender--she was very nice and made a great salad!); location; elevator (only hotel in that location with an elevator--much appreciated w/heavy luggage).

I appreciated the coffee, juice and lemon water at any hour you were in the mood. the breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very helpful. 140. a night was high for a senor citizen on a Monday/Tuesday stay.

The refrigerator was very noisy. I unplugged it. the rooms facing the street, where I stayed were also very noisy. I will request the opposite side of the hotel next time.

The room was quiet. Good location. Wonderful breakfast.

Other than the construction going on our stay was very nice, Nice rooms, Good breakfast and very close to the airport
