I liked the attitude of the staff at check in and later on...Just really friendly.

Cleanliness. The breakfast offerings were decent, and the coffee good.

One of the beds in my room was broken--not sure how the cleaning person could have missed that because all I had to do was touch it and the whole bed tipped. Had an older person sat or lay down on the bed, they could have been hurt by being tipped off the bed. It was fixed after I reported it, though. Also, the coffee condiments were not replaced, so I didn't have cream for coffee in my room the next morning--not a huge deal, but I did have to get dressed and walk down to get cream, when I had been looking forward to staying in my p.j.s and sipping a cup of coffee before starting my day.

Check-in is quick and efficient, the breakfast is good and set up early
