Clean, suprisingly nice room. Hotel staff were wonderful, and the included breakfast was a huge bonus for the price

The steam room, dry sauna, hot tub, and location.
It is a good hotel. Staff are helpful and courteous.

I enjoyed the spacious room and the pool, spa, and weight room. I also appreciate the complimentary breakfasts at a nearby restaurant and the proximity to Raley's.
The odor of the cleaning products in our room was a bit strong. Maybe because we stayed in a pet friendly room.

The location of the property was not centrally located but fit my needs very well.
There were broken tread steps under the carpet on the stairwell by the front desk. In my room #216 there was black mold in the shower and on the tile on the floor. The AC unit did not work properly leaving the room uncomfortably warm all three days I occupied the room.

Air exchange system(air conditioner) was very noisy.
Cable Movie system on TV did not function at all.
Difficult to make contact with front desk by phone. Had to physically to go to desk to report TV/movie problems.
Multiple light bulbs in room were burned out.

Perfect place to stay overnight to break up a long drive. The staff was friendly. It was nice that there was an indoor pool. The temperature in my room was perfect. Breakfast was great (they give you a voucher to go to a restaurant across the parking lot).
My only complaint was that my room smelled like someone had smoked in it. It was pretty strong. When I asked if they had any other rooms the answer was no (probably because it was Labor Day Weekend!). If that had not been the case, it would have been a perfect overnight experience.
