The convenience of walking straight from the gate to the hotel.
The friendly staff who met us at the gate and escorted us tot the hotel.
The absence of any possibility to get some food, cold drinks, coffee or small snacks.

Location and very quite.
Yes.we asked in the reservation to be met at the gate of arrival and we gave all our flight details,but no one showed up.Yes I know it is not guaranteed by the hotel to do that,but I wish it was done ,which could have saved us some time since our stay is only for about 5-6 hours.

Staff friendliness and proximity of facilities and price.
The price upgrade to include meals is not worth the additional charge.
