The staff were most friendly and welcoming.
On 11Dec13 a young staff member very hurriedly brought my jacket, that had been left in my room, to the departure lounge in time for my flight to Perth. Much appreciated by me!
There are no comfortable soft chairs in the rooms. The settee with cylindrical backrest is not an answer.
The curtains do not close sufficiently well to exclude outside light.

Very comfortable beds and good size rooms and very clean
The covers on the bed are too thick and warm for me and the pillows are too thick. it would be great to have the option of a lighter blanket and thinner pillow

Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Check in to the hotel took much too long. Three people in the queue and we spent there an hour.

It's so convenient having the hotel in the airport terminal, it is a really great facility, especially in passing through from one destination to the next if you have a long wait, to get some sleep & freshen up. Our room was so comfortable, clean & had everything we needed. Thank you - we really enjoyed our stay.
