The food we ate was reasonably good, and the room was quiet.
I find the lobby space very unwelcoming. And the live music in the bar was not very high quality.

Style, cleanliness of rooms.
I was put in a handicapped accessible room without notice that it was such a room. A handicapped accessible room is an inconvenience to someone who is able-bodied. (Example, shower head that is too low). I am happy to take such a room if the hotel is otherwise full and other rooms are not available. But staff should have advised me of the assignment when I checked in. That did not happen.

I liked the staff, the room, the style and decor.
The pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was incredible hot.

Location is great relative to all Downtown Des Moines has to offer and love the skywalk connection.
It can be confusing to find the skywalk - not a lot of signs - and we had to walk through what looked to be a wedding party gathering to get there which was awkward. Also, at 4:00 in the morning we received three phone calls which obviously woke us up - in the morning we had a message and it was received at 4 something a.m. and it was from the hotel telling us how wonderful it is and that we should stay again - to say bad timing is an incredible understatement.

La comida en el restaurante es fabulosa. Nos ha gustado muchísimo. El personal, sobre todo del restaurante, es muy simpática y eficiente.
La limpieza de la habitación y sobre todo del baño podría mejorar.
