So nice to have a full kitchen, living room and bedrooms off to themselves. We had two babies and it was so nice to put them in their own quarters to sleep.

Loved the suite, the real eggs for breakfast, the Mon-Thurs night food, the bathroom with the sinks separate from the toilet and shower, the location, the staff
Not a problem, but if there had been a curtain at the entrance to the sink it would have prevented the light from waking up others.

After experiencing an error in our room reservation, the staff at Homewood Suites went above and beyond to accomodate us, comp us a night's stay, and provide extra ammenities for our stay. Handled very professionally!

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.
WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. tHE AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK. THE REFRIGERADUNKTOR WAS TURNED OFF. NOT ALL THE LIGHTS WORKED. THE COUCH HAD RIPS AND WHEN WE SAT ON IT. WE SUNK IN AND COULD HARDLY GET UP. WHEN WE BOOKED THE HOTEL IT SAID IT HAD A LOUNGE AND THE CLERK AT THE FRONT DESK SAID IT WAS ONLY OPEN FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS .ALSO THERE WAS NO DECAF COFFEE IN THE ROOM. THEY GAVE FLAVORED COFFEE WHICH WE DO NOT DRINK.
WE DID NOT WANT TO CALL ALL THE TIME AND COMPLAIN, WE DID NOT WANT TO MAKE PESTS OF OURSELVES.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and we used the refrigerator for all our leftovers. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon,
juices, nice size bagels, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. The pool water was comfortable and the hot tub was hot. Did not use the sauna. Would stay here again.
The only negative would be that the room was a tad warm and we couldn't seem to get the temperature to cool. We opened a window to cool the room.
