Having lunch at Lockwood and nice breakfast and evening food on 23rd floor. Would definitely stay there again !All of the servers and front desk were very nice. Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a good experience.

Beautiful hotel, convenient self parking, excellent location, friendly and professional staff
Was unable to access the internet. Staff assisted me in registration for membership benefits when after I reported inability to sign on as a paying guest. Neither option was successful.

We were able to stay with our small, well-behaved dog. So we were given a room by the elevators. We could hear the elevators all night, but because of its location our room had two bathrooms.
The hotel is a real gem, you feel like you are back in time, living the life of an aristocrat.

All the above. We have stayed there since the seventeens. And even one of our son's wedding reception was held there, few years back.
Parking price? We understand big city ... Costs more.
