Location can't be beat. Ambiance and decor are great. Freshii is a great place for a quick very healthy meal.
Rooms weren't ready by 3PM check-in time--closer to 4PM. Also, it is not entirely clear where to park when parking is included in reservation.

I love staying at a hotel with a personality. It feels friendly, was very clean, and the location was ideal for theater, food and shopping! Breakfast was very good, though expensive. It can be hard to find breakfast in Chicago, so we appreciated having it right there. Also the healthy eatery just off the lobby was nice for to-go food.
The parking garage was hard to find, especially since the city was tearing up the streets - but the directions on the website were very helpful the second time around the block!
