Amazing decor throughout the hotel. Lovely rooms. Great quality for the money, as we were there during the December discount days.
My borther's room had the heat turned down to 5 degrees when we arrived. Luckily, we had a suite and they were able to spend the evening with us while their room warmed up. The staff expressed surprise at this, and offered to look and see if there was another room, but they declined as they had moved in by that point. I thought a discount or a voucher might have been a nice touch.

The hotel is fabulous! It is our second time there in 3 months. The first time we came for the hotel itself and loved it so much we came back for Retro Fest. It is definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Such a unique and fun place.
