Heather, at Front desk, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel was amazing! Very clean. The room was very well appointed. Loved having a Kuerig Coffee maker, full shower and bath, microwave, comfortable chairs and ottoman. The hair dryer was the best hotel hair dryer I’ve ever used. The breakfast was amazing! Seven hot entrees, fruit, muffins and juices. It was definitely a great value with great amenities.

I love the remodel. We formerly stayed there many years ago when the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council headquarters was nearby. The upgrade is wonderful and I was very pleased with the facility.

This was our second stay (local residents of charleston), and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay away from home. We received five-star service from the time we arrived. One of the porters retrieved a baggage cart for us, brought it to our vehicle, packed all of our belongings, carried it to our room, and then unloaded it for us. We really appreciated the help, as we are senior citizens, and when we checked in we were exhausted from daily life activities. We were served some of the best breakfast and dinner meals at the Trotter Restaurant (at the hotel) and during the evening our meals were cordially delivered by way of room service. The room attendant was even kind enough to purchase us some water, as there was no bottle water in the soda pop machines. We were able to get the necessary rest we needed to begin another week. All of the staff was cordial,kind and so willing to assist us with whatever we needed or wanted. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! Thanks to all of you. See you again soon.

Our only regret was when we ran out of water, there was none to purchase on the second floor machines.

The room amenities were terrific especially the airbed.....super comfortable.

Our room was # 130, close to the exit. There was a lot of slamming door noise through the night and in the early morning. We booked the room late (sometimes you get what is left) but we were very glad to choose this hotel and would book again in the future. :-)
