The breakfast room was nice and homey feeling and the staff member was great and kept everything fresh and ready.
The room could have used better lighting i.e. a good place to sit and read.

The hotel is comfortable and nicely appointed. This comes from a 60+ fan. I'm thinking that it might be a little dated for the younger crowd. Location is perfect.
The front desk staff could have been friendlier. As the purveyors of first impression they weren't overly welcoming.

We stay here occasionally while driving to or from Virginia and Rhode Island. I like the small independent quality and the location.

The hotel is quaint and quiet. It has a charm from the decorations to the rooms. They served tea and cookies at 4 p.m. each day and the complementary breakfast provided items for most any taste.

Delightful quiet room with warm fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Complementary continental breakfast was nicely presented and tasty.
